    Unstructured lead messages slow down qualification

    Incoming leads often arrive as free-form text. Before they can be routed, scored, summarized, or added to a CRM, someone has to interpret them manually.

    Approach

    AI prepares interpretation. Application logic controls the workflow.

    The prototype uses AI to interpret the message and Python application logic to keep the output structured, validated, and review-ready. Scoring, validation, workflow state, and review boundaries stay outside the model.
